Line boring is a welding/machining process to repair bores that have been worn out, oversized, and irregular shaped. We are able to build up the inside diameter of the bore with a robotic welding system and machine to the proper size.

Metal Forming

In our Press Brake Department our forming is done by a Cincinnati Proform 350 which has 10 ft. of clearance between housings and a 12 ft. overall bed length. This machine is fully CNC controlled with a 24” programmable back gauge.

We use a HEM Saw which has a CNC power feed that allows it to make square accurate pieces. The saw was purchased new in 2008 and is properly maintained.
