Press Brake
All of our metal forming takes place in our Press Brake Department on a Cincinnati Proform 350 Press Brake. This machine is fully CNC controlled with a 24” programmable back gauge, with a 10 ft. clearance between housings, and a 12 ft. overall bed length. The addition of an extra ram stroke allows us to form deep pans that standard press brakes can not.
As any fabricator would tell you, the best press brake in the world is nothing without the proper tooling. For this reason we have a large and ever expanding tooling library that will be able to meet most needs. With the selection of tooling available we are able to form material from 0.050” to 1.000” thick.
